We have 4 high-speed, automatic production lines introduced from Japan used for manufacturing BOPP, with BOPPS maximum width stretched to 8,3 m and with its thickness raging from 12u to 60u. Also we have many sets of worlds most advanced slitting machine, among of which 4 sets of 8,3 m are imported from Germany and UK respectively, with the control system adopted from the most advanced S-7 system introduced from German Siemens, having the slotting speed of 1200 m/min. Another 4 sets of 2 m and 3 sets of 1,5 m slitting machines are all imported from Japan. In addition, the Corp also has the most advanced pipe manufacturing machines and the accessory equipment introduced from Taiwan for pipe making.
